Six years ago I traveled to Morrocco and to this day whenever I smell cumin I remember this place. It is the smell of the country that sells many spices in the streets, a place with an aromatic cuisine and a culture completely different from mine. It was when I learned to eat bread with cumin (and others seasoning) as entry, which became an often habit with good memories. That is when I see the importance of olfactory memory and makes me always look for the smell of the place I have been. Then these experiences could be repeated. And you? Do you associate a travel to some smell? Tell us or better, send your picture.
